Gran Canaria is a veritable paradise for water sports fans. Around 236 kilometers of coastline provide ideal conditions for the exercise of all sorts of water sports. Above all, the crystal clear water with visibility of up to 40m and a great abundance of fish close to shore the diver invite you to explore the underwater world of Gran Canaria and be inspired too.

Because of its sheltered location in the south west of the island, diving in Puerto de Mogan can be done all over the year. Below sea level, Gran Canaria can discover a fascinating world.
 
Diving in Gran Canaria is a mix of warm and clear water all over the year, big fish, shipwrecks, schools of fish and impressive rock formations. On display are for example Manta rays, puffer fish, soft corals, angel sharks and anemones.
Directly in front of the port of Puerto de Mogan two recks lie at a depth of only 19 meters. Here beside the usual fishs very often happens  a meeting of the special kind:  when the submarine "Yellow submarine" also appears for the wrecks.

Extra Divers is the onliest Dive Center at Gran Canaria, which offers all regularly dive sites of Gran Canaria. While  the diving centers of the tourist resorts of Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas almost dive at  the Marine Ronservation Park Arinaga by car, and other dive centers here in the Southwest appear only by boat, offering  Extra Divers this as well as.

Saturdays to Thursdays, we offer two dives daily, at 09.00 am  at 2.30 pm by boat
On Friday we go to the Marine Reserve Park Arinaga, probably the most famous dive site of Gran Canaria and elected by the Spanish divers to one of the five best dive sites in Spain, as a day trip.


Our selection of sites also includes 3 dive spots which are served exclusively by us.
